What is delivered
- Inventory report, in PDF and DOCX: Scopes 1, 2 and 3, emission sources, factors used and declared limitations.
- Full calculation workbook: every figure traceable to its source data.
- Evidence index, with the origin of each document and the cryptographic digest (SHA-256) of each file.
- Dossier for the verification body, when third-party verification applies.
- Decarbonization plan: improvement points, reduction actions and offsetting guidelines.
- Results presentation for management, with material for disclosure.
- TEE attestation of the report and the package, optional: certificate, link and QR that anyone can check independently of the issuer.
VERIDIS prepares the inventory. When third-party verification is required, it is carried out by a body accredited by Inmetro, and the package is built to make that work easier.

Active contract
Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul
Contract 089/2026, awarded through Electronic Auction 33/2026 of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (TJRS): five annual GHG inventory cycles, base years 2025 to 2029, covering a portfolio of 189 buildings.
In the first cycle, the report and the package integrity manifest were attested by TEE, with verification independent of the issuer.
How to contract
Direct award, auction or direct proposal
How public bodies usually describe the scope: “Hiring of a specialized company to prepare the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory”.
Common service
Can be contracted through a direct award (dispensa de licitação) within the limit of art. 75, II, of Law 14,133/2021, or through an electronic auction (pregão). As a micro company, VERIDIS takes part with the benefits of Complementary Law 123/2006.

Confidentiality and LGPD
Personal data handled with method
Staff commuting, business travel and invoices carry personal data. It is removed or anonymized before any file leaves, with the method declared file by file, and the delivery package carries the SHA-256 digests of the files received and delivered. How confidentiality is handled.
